Rick Cole is the former Sports Director for the radio station in Sidney, Nebraska, with play-by-play sportscasting experience in Chadron, Wayne, Lincoln, and West Point, Nebraska. He has covered football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, and hockey on a play-by-play basis at the high school and college levels. A former teacher, Rick spent ten years in Nebraska where he coached volleyball and basketball. Before entering public education, he coached high school baseball in Nebraska and spent four years as the top assistant baseball coach at Division II Wayne State College of Nebraska.

Carla Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, and a Master of Arts Degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Behavior Disorders. She currently teaches at Fort Osage High School in Independence, Missouri. She has several years of past experience coaching volleyball and basketball for various High Schools in the Oak Grove, Independence, and Fort Osage School Districts. Carla Cole was director of a sports facility for nine years previous to teaching. Carla has accumulated sports knowledge through 20 years of coaching soccer, volleyball, basketball, and baseball; and has been a licensed referee in all of the aforementioned sports within the past 10 years.

Rick and Carla were married June 3, 2000, and have 6 children, 3 boys and 3 girls, of whom they are very proud.
